http://bilder.polarparty.no/ is HTML with an empty BODY. I was able to
repro the problem with a bad GalleryTemplateDir.

GalleryTemplateDir should point to a dir with lots of *.tpl files.
Try /usr/local/apache/gallery/templates/default
