[ApacheGallery] File does not exist .cach problem

I,m getting error messages in the Apache log every time the server is loading a thumbnail or image. 

When loading a thumbnail.
[error] [client a.b.c.d] File does not exist: /Virtual Host dir/Image Dir/.cache, referer: http//Virtual Hostname/Image Dir/ 

When loading an i mage.
[error] [client a.b.c.d] File does not exist: /Virtual Host dir/Image Dir/.cache, referer: http//Virtual Hostname/Image Dir/Image Name.jpg?widht=xxx
The gallery is working I can see all the thumbnails, images and all the files is created in the cache dir but my log file is getting filled with the messages above.
